Hyatus (“we”, “us”) operates a text messaging program to send guests, partners, and Hyatus staff messages such as booking confirmations, check-in instructions, apartment and stay information, customer support replies, and account and service notifications (“the Program”). By opting in to the Program you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Opt-In
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to Hyatus and requesting text messages — for example during a booking, in communication with our support team, or, for Hyatus staff, by requesting operational alerts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Text Message Opt-In Disclosure
Hyatus collects SMS consent directly: guests, partners, and staff provide their mobile number to the Hyatus team (verbally, in writing, or during a booking) and request text messages. Everyone who opts in is presented with the following disclosure:
“By providing your mobile phone number to Hyatus, you agree to receive text messages from Hyatus, including booking and stay information, check-in instructions, apartment and stay details, account and service notifications, and operational alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms & Conditions.”
No other opt-in paths exist. We do not purchase contact lists and we do not send marketing text messages.
Message Frequency, Fees
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out and Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up as you did the first time. If you experience issues, reply HELP or contact us at michaelort@hyatus.com.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
