After discussing my diet with Ryan, he set me straight and I lost 10 of the 15 pounds, I set as my three month goal and still have two weeks left to reach it. In addition to Ryan’s expertise, he’s an awesome guy. This is some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I totally recommend, not only powerhouse gym, but hiring Ryan as a trainer. That’s not a knock on any of the other trainers, it’s just my experience.”
