Excellent value ??? a very thoughtfully decorated and well-maintained apartment, effective air conditioning, blackout curtains in every room ??? really helped the vacation to feel like a ???treat???! I did feel their app / web portal had ???quite a lot??? baked in it which could feel intimidating at first ??? vs. a ???easy button??? version at the top for simple functions like lock/unlock door ??? but would absolutely consider other Hyatus properties in the future!

Needed to be near my daughter in the same complex so the location was perfect. Walkable to downtown New Haven (PizZA!) and about 1 mile walk or bike ride (on bike trail) to the waterfront. There were less expensive options, but considering the convenience for 4 people, the 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with kitchen, laundry, gym, rooftop access, & pool access in the next building was perfect for us.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean. Lots of light and space. Amenities were great. They went above and beyond in helping us when we realized we didn't have a wine bottle opener (could've been a serious crisis...). I jest but I had just asked to see if another apartment might have one I could borrow and she ordered a new one for the unit so we could use it. Checkin is a bit complicated but they send ample instructions as well as a link to a video walk-through to take out the guess work. Was a great stay!

Great rental for a visit to New Haven

The apartment upstairs from us was extremely noisy. I had to request multiple times for them to be quiet so we could sleep and/or study. The noise would last until 11pm and start again at 5am at times. The door lock kept sending error codes to Hyatus and they kept requesting to inspect it. Then they would say to disregard since it???s working properly. This happened at least 6-7 times??? it was just annoying. Any time there was something broken, the response was fast and efficient.
