SMS Privacy Notice

How Hyatus handles mobile numbers, opt-in records, and messages associated with guest-support texting.

Effective July 20, 2026

This notice applies to Hyatus Guest Support Messaging. We use mobile information to provide the transactional booking, stay, and customer-care messages you request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Information we collect

  • Your mobile number and the date, method, and scope of your consent.
  • Messages and media you exchange with Hyatus support.
  • Delivery, opt-out, help-request, and conversation metadata.
  • Booking or support identifiers needed to resolve your request.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the messages you requested, assist with bookings and stays, coordinate support, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve customer service.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may give limited information to vendors that process communications or provide customer-support infrastructure for Hyatus. They may use it only to deliver services to Hyatus, protect the service, or comply with law—not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

Hyatus keeps messaging information only as long as reasonably necessary for active support, operational records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect this information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to end program messages or HELP for assistance. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email reservations@hyatus.com. We may retain limited records needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
