Key details

What Hyatus offers.

Terms for using Hyatus websites, customer accounts, mobile and guest experiences, support services, and authorized AI integrations.

01

Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply when you access or use a Hyatus website, customer account, mobile application, Guest Portal, support experience, or an authorized Hyatus integration. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and the Hyatus Privacy Policy.

  • If you use a Hyatus service for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. A booking may have additional age, identity, screening, payment, or occupancy requirements.
  • A reservation, rental agreement, booking channel, house rule, building rule, or written offer may include additional terms. Those specific terms control that transaction if they conflict with these general digital-service Terms.

02

Accounts and security

Use accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and use only accounts and reservations you are authorized to access. Hyatus permissions limit which records and features each account may use.

  • Do not share credentials, attempt to use another person's account, or bypass access controls.
  • Notify Hyatus promptly if you believe an account or reservation has been accessed without authorization.
  • Hyatus may require email verification, identity verification, screening, multifactor authentication, or other safeguards when appropriate for a feature or transaction.

03

Bookings, payments, and stays

Availability, pricing, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation rules, refunds, stay dates, occupancy limits, and property rules are shown in the applicable booking flow or agreement. Completing a booking authorizes the charges presented in that flow.

  • Third-party booking channels may apply their own payment, cancellation, refund, and dispute terms.
  • Guests and occupants must follow the applicable rental agreement, house rules, building rules, safety requirements, and lawful instructions.
  • Access instructions, door codes, and other security information are provided only when the reservation and required check-in steps permit it.

04

Authorized AI integrations

Hyatus may offer an integration that lets a signed-in user ask an AI product to retrieve limited information already available to that Hyatus account. The integration does not create an account, expand permissions, or authorize the AI provider to act outside the tools and data Hyatus exposes.

  • Guest access is limited to the signed-in guest's own eligible stay information. Investor access is limited to approved portfolio summaries for accounts with a current investor role and permission.
  • Public integrations may be read-only. They cannot cancel bookings, issue refunds or door codes, transfer money, grant roles, or change reservations unless Hyatus expressly adds and identifies such a capability in the future.
  • AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or mistaken. Confirm important booking, payment, access, legal, tax, or financial information in the Hyatus service or with Hyatus support.
  • Investor summaries are informational accounting views. They are not audited financial statements, live cash balances, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, an offer, or a guarantee of performance.

05

Acceptable use

Use Hyatus services lawfully and in a way that does not harm guests, properties, staff, service providers, or other users.

  • Do not probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to a Hyatus service or connected system.
  • Do not submit malware, deceptive content, unlawful material, or information you do not have the right to provide.
  • Do not use service output to identify, profile, contact, or make decisions about another guest or employee when you lack authorization.
  • Hyatus may rate-limit, suspend, or block access reasonably believed to be abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unauthorized.

06

Third-party services and content

Some features use third-party providers for payments, identity or screening, support, messaging, maps, analytics, diagnostics, booking distribution, authentication, or AI experiences. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

  • Hyatus is responsible for its own services and for selecting the data and permissions it exposes through an authorized integration.
  • Hyatus does not control the independent availability, generated responses, interfaces, or account policies of a third-party service.
  • Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not change the terms governing a Hyatus reservation or account.

07

Service availability and changes

Hyatus works to keep its services accurate and available, but maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, security events, or data delays may interrupt a feature. Hyatus may modify or discontinue features and may correct inaccurate content or results.

  • Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, digital services are provided on an as-available basis.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
  • For urgent stay, safety, payment, or access issues, contact Hyatus support instead of relying only on an automated response.

08

Suspension, termination, and updates

You may stop using a digital service at any time, subject to obligations that remain under a reservation or other agreement. Hyatus may restrict or terminate service access to protect users and systems, comply with law, enforce agreements, or respond to misuse.

  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply, including payment obligations, ownership, authorized records, dispute terms in transaction-specific agreements, and lawful limitations.
  • Hyatus may update these Terms by posting a revised date and, when required, providing additional notice. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply to that later use.
  • Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Hyatus contact page.
