Background Check and Reservation Policy
All occupants, as well as anyone booking on their behalf, may be required to complete a background check, including criminal and credit history screening, during the virtual check-in. Guests will need to upload a valid photo ID as part of this process. If a guest does not pass the screening or chooses not to complete it, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled less than 14 days but at least 7 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
