All occupants, as well as anyone booking on their behalf, may be required to complete a background check, including criminal and credit history screening, during the virtual check-in. Guests will need to upload a valid photo ID as part of this process. If a guest does not pass the screening or chooses not to complete it, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

Leave the Car at Home for the City
If you are traveling from New York City, we highly recommend taking the Metro-North Railroad to the White Plains station. It's a quick and comfortable ride, and our listing is just a five to ten-minute walk or a very short Uber ride from the station. By taking the train, you can avoid the stress of driving and the hassle of finding parking in the city. If you do choose to drive, public parking is available in the numerous garages throughout the downtown area, though street parking can be limited and requires payment at meters.

This Hyatus apartment is located in a luxury residential community, and we’re committed to being respectful neighbors. Please review and follow the rules below to help ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

1) Rooftop & Amenity Access
• Access to amenities (rooftop, pool, lounges) is limited to registered guests + 2 approved outside visitors.
• No events or gatherings over 4 people are allowed without prior written approval.
• Rooftop hours: 8 AM – 11 PM
• All building rules are enforced by on-site staff.

2) No Smoking
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the apartment, balconies, or shared spaces.
• Violations may result in a $500 fine, plus cleaning and repair costs.
• Smoke sensors are installed throughout the property.

3) Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM.
• The unit is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors (100% privacy compliant, no audio recording).

4) No Parties or Events
• Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Guests may not host more than 4 total individuals (including outside visitors) at any time.
• Violations may result in cancellation, removal from the property, and a $1,000 fine.

5) Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out may be available by request.
• Late departures that delay cleaning staff will result in additional charges.

6) Photography, Weapons & Illegal Activity
• No commercial photography or videography without written consent.
• Firearms, drugs, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

7) Occupancy Limits

8) Pet Policy
