Nice flat but Two elevators for more than 130 apartments. One was broken and not repaired during half of my stay. I was in an upper floor so it was a nightmare for daily access to my apartment. All noted to Hyatus with no timely response other than 100 usd compensation, ex post, for the inconveniences. Host is an unresponsive AI machine; quite polite, but no real solution to problems posted during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, very clean, and well-equipped. The host went above and beyond for us, even lending us extra tableware and equipment. They were so kind and helpful—teaching us how to lock up properly and helping us arrange a local car service. Communication was always super fast and responsive. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

The apartment building and the apartment itself were really nice. The walls are thin. The checkout process is easy and smooth. We really enjoyed having the ability to navigate via the Hyatus site, which included chat support. It was very walkable to many restaurants.

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. Check in was very smooth and timely. Communication (Sarah) was prompt and very helpful. Apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained.The only small issue with the building was that one of the two elevators was down for half of my stay.

Sarah has a beautiful condo. Loved the golf simulator and shooting some pool in the evening. Sarah was very responsive. Nice restaurants nearby.
