Summary: The best place to stay. I liked: Beautiful apartment. It was light bright and airy. We loved the pictures windows. The apartment had everything we needed to make it a real home away from home. We were able to cook meals for our kids and my 90 year old mother. We were able to wash our clothes and go swimming and play games downstairs. It was awesome. I did not like: The only thing that could need some help, some of the games downstairs didn’t work. You can play it but it didn’t light up or keep score. But I highly recommend this property. It was so fun and we spent every night when we got home downstairs playing games.

Well equipped kitchen and sizeable living area. Nice neighbourhood and family liked golf sim, pool and pool table. Train to Grand central is a 15 minute walk away. Hosts were quick to respond. Some minor issues with WiFi were resolved quickly. It’s an apartment so some noise from other residents occasionally.

Summary: I recommend and would come back. I liked: Good location. Great facility and services. I did not like: Sometimes you could hear the neighbors.

Overall good in terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities. However given the price we paid for it but there were too many snafus. When we arrived at around 5, the door key code pad wasn’t working. We stuck around for a while because it was unclear when it would be fixed. Eventually we left and things were remedied about 2 hours later. In addition, we planned to hit the pool on the day of check out ( we stayed 2 nights) but entry to the pool wasn’t working. About an hour later someone helped fix our fobs vs. maybe the lifeguard was late and no entry allowed? We were refunded $150 for our issues but not enough in my mind given the overall price.

This was a great place for our family of 4. Hosts were responsive, check in was excellent, and it was very clean and nice. The building overall was great with some nice amenities. Having a parking space was very helpful. (Tho the spaces are very tight.) The AC was EXCELLENT which is a big plus for us and was also adjustable by room. There were exactly 4 settings of dishes so we got paper plates to avoid washing dishes constantly. There was plenty of bright daylight and it felt open and bright. (This especially helped with no overhead light in the master. ) Thanks Mike & Tatenda.
