We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well located. Everything was exactly as described, and Sarah was kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you, Sarah, for everything. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to other guests!

This was such an amazing stay. Not just the pristine spaces, but the WONDERFUL hosts. They were wilding accommodating when we ran into travel delays. The apartment and the building were an oasis. The perfect spot to explore Boston and tour colleges.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the apartment. Fittings are very tired and apt not clean on arrival. We were there for six weeks and apartment was definitely not fitted out for a long stay, not enough crockery, cooking utensils etc. and anything that was available was of very poor quality. We were also disappointed at the noise level from upstairs apt. I know they can’t do anything about this but it led to a lot of sleepless nights and early morning wake up calls from visitors/tenants upstairs. There is not a lot to do in the local vicinity and although getting to and from Boston is quite easy we still had to get a lot of Ubers resulting in additional costs. However the Facilities at jade are very good and the Hyatus team were very quick to respond and help out when they could but due to all the problems we encountered I would not stay here again. It def it not a luxurious apartment as advertised

We had some initial problems checking in and had to wait some time after check in time to be provided with the details however this was quickly rectified by Sarah. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. There was lots of room for 5 of us to spread out and the car park was great. Thank you

We had an amazing experience! There was a lot of activities to do within the place, like the lounge areas to do work and the pool with a great atmosphere. The bedrooms were neat and comfy, my family and I felt right at home!
