The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

The amenities, comfy beds, parking space, and having more space was really nice. The biggest thing was the overall cleanliness and condition of the apartment was a little rough. It could use a deep cleaning and maintenance. The area rug / room rug was dirty and still had a lot of crumbs upon arrival , I had to vacuum it and when I did, it looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in quite some time. The building pool was murky and there was lot of floaties like hair. The game room was nice but a few games were broken unfortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but was disappointing to see the state of the apartment and amenities. New Haven is a cute town!

Excellent property in general. The building is clean and feels safe with lots of amenities. The apartment is as pictured, clean and cozy and the hosts are extremely responsive. Convenient parking and convenient to shops and restaurants. The only issue was the apartment above us was so noisy that they woke us up more than once early in the morning and in the evening would pace the floor so loud and with so much force it would sometimes shake our unit. The noise reoccurred daily my entire stay. The host said they reported the noise and did not have another unit available, so I was forced to live with it for 7 days.
