Luxurious 2BR Apartments at The Andi

Great location but takes studying to figure out how to get in and park. Also have to sign contracts and jump through some hoops. They provide walk thru videos to guide you but not as easy as a door code. Parking garage was closed so had to use a different one and transport luggage further. Not bad when you get it all figured out but would have preferred a house instead. The plus side is plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a theater all right outside your door. Little noisy at night.

Our stay was absolutely impeccable! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as presented. Communication was exceptionally fast, and every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. The website was also amazing—detailed, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I travel frequently for work with a corporate company, and this was truly one of the best hosting experiences I have had in all my years of travel. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail was unmatched. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone!

Great place to stay everything very nice and clean. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time there. fully recommend it!

Summary: Clean but not welcoming I liked: clean spacious condo lots of restaurants right outside and a movie theater I did not like: two front doormen, one was wonderful and nice but he was at the other building. Ours was incredibly rude. I asked a question he walked away and just pointed, didn’t answer with a word. It was a very cold “executive” feeling not a warm, family friendly place The pool was the size of a matchbox, I never would have brought three teenagers if I had known this The pool table in our building had no equipment for it. The company had absolutely no flexibility. we wanted to pay for an extra parking spot and they wouldn’t let us but there were so many open spots, they were not flexible about changing days or canceling at all like most of the properties in Boston. I would not use them again.
