Background Check and Reservation Policy
All occupants, as well as anyone booking on their behalf, may be required to complete a background check, including criminal and credit history screening, during the virtual check-in. Guests will need to upload a valid photo ID as part of this process. If a guest does not pass the screening or chooses not to complete it, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

 

Required Virtual Check-In & Safety Screening (All Stays)
For the safety of other guests and neighbors in our community, you will be required to complete our secure online virtual check-in process. This allows us to conduct identity theft prevention and guest safety screening.

100.00% will be charged when canceling less than 5 days before arrival.
50.00% will be charged when canceling more than 5 days before arrival.
