Rates and Fees

Total Monthly Leasing Price includes base rent along with all mandatory monthly fees and any optional add-ons selected by the resident. It excludes variable or usage-based charges, as well as any required payments due at or prior to move-in and at move-out. The Security Deposit amount may vary based on screening results but will not exceed applicable legal limits. Certain costs and disclosures may vary based on local regulations or program eligibility, such as affordable housing requirements. All pricing, terms, and availability are subject to application review, lease approval, and change without notice, and apply only to new applicants. Monthly pricing may differ based on floor plan, square footage, lease term, and move-in date. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Additional fees may apply as detailed in the application and lease agreement, both of which are available for review prior to applying.
