Background Check and Reservation Policy
All occupants, as well as anyone booking on their behalf, may be required to complete a background check, including criminal and credit history screening, during the virtual check-in. Guests will need to upload a valid photo ID as part of this process. If a guest does not pass the screening or chooses not to complete it, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

Good location for NYC travelers! Good communication and quick responses from Hyatus. Large apartment with a ton of room and the pictures of the view really speak for themself I love the price for monthly stays the short price I know is more. Parking is never easy in new york.
