Hyatus Stays Refund and Return Policy

At Hyatus Stays, we are committed to ensuring that your stay in our vacation rentals exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to provide an unparalleled guest experience, which includes maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and offering flexible cancellation policies suited to your needs. Below, you will find detailed information about our Cleaning Guarantee and Cancellation Policies.

Cleaning Guarantee

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of all our properties. If upon your arrival, you find that the cleaning does not meet your satisfaction, we ask that you inform us within 24 hours so we can take immediate action to rectify the situation. As part of our Cleaning Guarantee, should the property not meet our high standards of cleanliness, we will refund the cleaning fee in full. To claim this refund, please provide photographic evidence of the issue so we can address it promptly and prevent future occurrences.

Cancellation Policy

Understanding that plans can change, Hyatus Stays offers varying levels of flexibility when it comes to cancelling your booking. Each of our properties has a specific cancellation policy, which is clearly stated on the property’s listing page.

These policies are designed to accommodate the needs of both our guests and property owners. Here is an overview of our three cancellation policies across our listings:

  • Strict: Some listings have a strict cancellation policy. This means bookings made 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the stay are not eligible for a refund.

  • Moderate: Some listings have a moderate cancellation policy. This means bookings made up to 5 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the stay may receive a partial refund, depending on the terms of the specific property’s policy.

  • Flexible: Some listings have a flexible cancellation policy. This means bookings made up to 24 hours before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a 3% credit card transaction fee.

Please note that the above are general guidelines. For the precise terms, including potential exceptions and the process for initiating a cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy listed on your specific property’s page that you are booking.


Processing Refunds

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request or cleaning guarantee claim. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified. Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction in your account.
