This is the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and organized. The location is great and close to everything. The hosts are very nice, and responsive. If you are considering traveling to New Haven stay in this beautiful airbnb! I will be back.

Hyatus in New Haven became my home in CT, and I will always come back!! Beautiful new building and brand new apartment! Everything in the unit is new and the furnishings are exceptional. The building is luxurious and the common areas are beautiful and comfortable with a ton of amenities from lounges, a multi floor gym to private theaters and even a bowling alley! Of course, I also need to mention the 24/7 coffee bar that offers free unlimited fresh ground coffee, lattes or hot chocolate - amazing for late night studying sessions. I loved the environment, so close to downtown and very walkable but also super calm and quiet, excellent for those who work from home and convenient even for those who come by car, especially with the included covered garage parking. I always pay a lot of attention to cleanliness in every place I stay and this place really went above and beyond. They clearly did a full deep clean before I came which really allowed me to feel at home. The bathroom was impeccable, everything very clean, the towels were so comfy and the unit came stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a toothbrush, and moisturizer - which was great because I had forgotten mine! The kitchen is also very well equipped. I didn't miss anything at all, and loved using their blender which I used for my workout smoothie each morning. I was able to cook my meals without any problems! The bed was one of my highlights! I have a lot of problems with mattresses and I often can't sleep on any mattress other than my own. But this bed was extremely comfortable, so I ended up asking Hyatus for the brand because I want to purchase it for myself. The king-size bed was also a awesome surprise and bedding was super comfy. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds :) Their customer service is wonderful and they respond very quickly, I was impressed with how fast they were. I had problems connecting my apps to the tv and in less than 5 minutes they answered my call, they were on the phone with me the whole time, step-by-step directing me how to solve the issue. Very patient and informative. I didn't want to leave but I will definitely be back soon, I felt at home during my stay and now it really will be whenever I'm back in CT.

We had a great time here! The amenities and response times were amazing. However, the kitchen drawers were a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic stay! Our apartment was brand new, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The check in and checkout processes were flawless and the Hyatus team did an excellent job keeping touch to make sure we had everything we needed. On top of all of this, the location was perfect as we were just steps away from the T. I would recommend Hyatus to anyone - I’ll definitely be using them again!

Sarah was an awesome host. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. Check-in was easy and she was quick to answer. You can tell she really cares about her guests. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sarah!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatus property. Everything was very clean and comfortable, with high-quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout. I especially appreciated that the property was stocked with hotel-quality shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials—it’s one less thing to carry when flying. There is a little more of an online check-in process before arrival than you might expect, but once that is completed, arriving and getting settled is very simple. One thing I especially appreciated was the checkout process. Their instructions actually say there is no need to clean or take out the trash before leaving—just relax and enjoy the rest of your stay. That was such a refreshing change from many Airbnb-style rentals that charge a substantial cleaning fee while still leaving guests with a long checkout to-do list. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped stay.

For the price this is a great place to stay. It's very clean with a large comfortable bed. It's 15 minutes walk or 2 stops on the subway from downtown. The staff are very helpful and respond quickly to messages and qustions.

Great location and well furnished apartment made this an ideal home-from-home. I had a few questions and the admin team responded almost immediately and solved my queries with no problems at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check in, communication; and amenities of the apartment was great. Stayed at this apartment for four weeks and loved that I felt that I was going home each night to cook my own meals. Only feedback I would give, the dishwasher seemed to leave a small on the dishes when used. The bathroom could use a bit more of a deeper cleaning. All in all, I would stay here again.
