During my recent stay at Hyatus’s listing, I experienced an exceptional level of comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I entered the property, I felt as though I had arrived at a home away from home. The accommodation was in pristine condition, and all necessary amenities were conveniently located within easy reach. I particularly appreciated the host’s prompt and accommodating response to my inquiries and requests.

Summary: Nice place, but those expecting ‘luxury’ might be disappointed. I liked: Location is excellent. Views from apartment are great. Lovely new building. Responsive agent. I did not like: No information on how to use appliances. Poorly cleaned. Cheap towels and utensils. Broken closet door.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. Very clean and quiet location. Tatenda was extremely responsive to any and all questions and checking in and out was very well explained. The apartment is walking distance to the commuter rail and Silver Line bus into Downtown Boston.

We had a great stay! The instructions were really clear, parking was easy, and the rooms were very nicely appointed. A quick 10-min walk to the Yale campus for all of our activities.

Stayed at the Hyatus in White Plains for the month of November. Excellent location, central to the highways for driving and within walking distance of anything that you need/want in White Plains. Room was clean, well stocked with everything needed for a semi-long stay, and comfortable. Easy check in & out process. Love the lobby games & comfy seating. Only peeve would be the parking - the spots are a little tight and there are a lot of columns - but ample spaces available. Outside of that, I would HIGHLY recommend staying.

We really loved our time in this home. A phenomenal amount of space!! Very kind staff and great amenities.

Summary: Would not recommend. I liked: The location was great, despite the angry traffic directly in front of the building. I did not like: A number of things. The property address was changed after the reservation was made. The 'onboarding' to the third-party property management company was egregious. The hallway smelled odd. The apartment smelled odd, but it was a different kind of odd from out in the hallway. The lock on the apartment door was broken, so we had to take all of our valuables and/or luggage with us every time we left this 'luxuryluxuryluxury' unit. (It could be locked, manually, from the inside, but the apparatus just spun and spun and spun on the exterior of the door.) I had intended to do laundry, as the washer and dryer were listed as amenities, but the walls around these machines were covered in mold, so I didn't. On top of all of this, the robot landlord txted instructions thoughout our brief stay, "do this, don't do that," which was highly annoying in light of all of the other issues. I've included a photo from the lobby (which was damaged before we arrived).

The apartment was amazing! It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was unbeatable with so many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. The nearest T stop was also less than a 5 minute walk. I stayed with my infant son and they kindly set up a travel crib and high chair for us. The host was always responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay overall! We really loved having access to the parking garage — everything was clean, and we felt very safe. The check-in instructions were a little confusing at first, especially finding the garage and figuring out which badge to use, but after rereading them a few times we got it. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions, which we appreciated. The place itself could use a bit of updating. The cabinets and bathrooms (especially the showers) are on the smaller side, and the sofa is pretty worn in. A simple refresh and some fresh paint would really take it to the next level. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great stay! Very clean and the hostess is great at communication. Will be booking again :)
