The apartment was clean and comfortable; the area was fairly quiet for being right in the city. It was smaller than we expected but it was fine for our needs since we were only there a few days. A long stay might not work well here for more than one person. For a quick visit to Philly, this is a great place to stay!

Awesome place to stay when in Philly to watch the Eagles or visit the peaceful and walkable Northern Territories community. Lots of bars, breweries, restaurants and cafe in walking distance. Apt is in a luxurious complex with free access to a top notch city gym on the lower level. Not to mention the spotless and thoughtfully decorated apt. This Airbnb is a GEM and cannot be beat in Philly!
