Summary: I liked: I did not like:

We had a perfect weekend at Spruce Cabin in the poconos. It was a blast hanging around the fire pit & on the back porch. The big table was great for playing board games and enjoying a group meal. The kitchen & bathrooms were beautifully updated & everything worked perfectly. Would love to stay here again sometime in the future

Modern/nice spot to stay in Everett. The bathrooms are large and each bedroom had blackout curtains which were so great for helping our baby stay asleep despite early sunrise hours in the summer. We loved the amenities available including the pool, gym and fire pits. Only drawbacks: it was not as walkable to coffee shops/restaurants etc. as some other airbnbs at a similar price point in the Boston area and the hallways on our floor smelled pretty heavily of weed. We had a snafu with someone else parking in our dedicated spot but the host replied promptly and helped us navigate the issue!

The space felt just like home, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made our first visit to the Boston area even better.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family while visiting Boston. The location felt safe and it was a short drive from all of the sites we visited. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities we enjoyed. Tatenda was a wonderful host! She was always prompt in responding and proactive in making sure we knew when to check in/out and anything else that we might need to know. She offered to have items delivered that were not at the apartment that we needed and truly made our stay even better! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here with a bridal party for a wedding weekend. Host was super responsive, even allowing us to check in a few hours before the check in time when we realized some of the party would be arriving early. Amenities were as pictured, house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is amazing.

Summary: Overall it was nice but I paid too much for this quality. I liked: Location is nice. Bed is also nice. I did not like: The air refresher is too strong. Floor wasn’t clean and towels were stained.

Perfect place for a family!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was very nice. Aesthetically pleasing and comfortable with great amenities in the apartment and building. The automated espresso maker in the apartment was a nice treat. Our kids enjoyed the gym, pool and pool table. One night we sat around the fire pit and told scary stories. We had a great time and bonded as a family. Going into Boston was easy with a short uber ride…I’m sure the train would have worked as well but we didn’t try it. Overall a wonderful stay and experience!

great experience I've ever had at an airbnb. place was neat area was safe...easy access to everything

This place was exactly what we needed during a very difficult time! Came to CT after my mother in law got into a car accident. Was staying at another Airbnb but when she was transferred to Yale we had to move quickly & Tatenda was so helpful, understanding & empathetic & did everything to get us in early so we could get to the hospital - which was a short 4 min walk. Most importantly when my mother in law ended up not making it & we had to back out of the rental early to move closer to make funeral arrangements, Tatenda didn’t hesitate to give us a refund & was once again so empathetic. We stayed at 3 Airbnbs during this terrible time & none were as helpful & accommodating as Tatenda! It meant everything! I wish we would’ve been able to use the amenities at because they were awesome - the gym especially! And the park across the street was amazing for our dog who was feeling very neglected while we were at the hospital so much! Very comfy place! Highly recommend!
