Perfect stay during busy season in Salem. As someone that prefers finer end hotels, this surpassed my expectations w an Airbnb. Therefore, this was very worth the price w the nice, private amenities without the lobby full of people. Easy parking and even easier instructions. A five min Uber ride or at least a 15-20min walk.

Place was cute, beautiful skyline view, and a building with great amenities. Felt super safe as two women staying alone. Would come back!

I have stayed here a few times. Always consistent, clean, tidy, homely, and quite. This time I did encounter a strange problem, where I had someone come into my apartment at 2am. Considering the apartment is accessible with a code which is changed for each guest, this code was given out to someone I didn’t know and I ended up having a young man in my apartment. I never received a real understanding as to how this happened which did make me feel rather uncomfortable. The code door was changed 72+ hours later - again without a real understanding why it took so long.

Sarah was an awesome host. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. Check-in was easy and she was quick to answer. You can tell she really cares about her guests. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sarah!

Hyatus Direct
I've stayed in many places over the years, but this one exceeded them all! From the moment we booked, everything was exceptionally well organized. The step-by-step check-in instructions, complete with helpful video, made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. What truly made the experience outstanding was Sarah, our wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always just a message away, responding within minutes whenever we needed anything. Her communication and hospitality were exceptional. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It genuinely felt like home! The location was another highlight, absolutely fantastic! A lively and lovely neighborhood, yet peaceful and away from the noise of the city. The perfect balance! The only minor challenge we experienced was receiving packages, but as soon as we contacted Sarah, she was quick to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was one

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
