The apartment was super nice and spacious!! 10/10!

Great location. Everything was clean with high quality furniture and a comfortable bed. Host was easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We had a great stay.

Nice apartment in a quiet area with easy access to Harvard campus and Boston centre. Beds were super comfy, we felt the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and needed replacing. The kitchen was lacking in a few essentials that we normally have had with Airbnb. Check in and out was a little glitchy, issues with the key codes not working/not being sent. Overall a good stay.

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, modern, and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and the clear directions made everything simple from the start. It was exactly what we were hoping for and a great home base for our trip. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very spacious apartment, nice decor, and comfortable place. When back in the greater Boston area, we’ll come back!

Great stay at this Airbnb! Very clean and spacious. Would come back anytime.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised—spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice view of New Haven and a great location convenient to shops and the Yale campus. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, kitchen essentials, linens, and plenty of towels, which was a nice touch. Check-in involved several steps with door codes, garage access, and parking passes, so it took a little more effort than we expected after a long day of travel, but everything worked out fine. The building itself was very quiet, although some road traffic could be heard from the apartment at times. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others visiting New Haven.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and so comfortable for my kids and I. After spending our days exploring Salem, it was really nice to come back to a space that felt relaxing and welcoming. We had plenty of room, everything was clean and well cared for and the location worked perfectly for our trip. We made such sweet memories in Salem and truly enjoyed having this as our little home away from home. We would absolutely stay again!

Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual key box access codes never worked was not working. I called three times and was able to finally get some help… this place is not really worth the money, it is not luxurious, all the staff on site say management is a whole other thing so you have to call for help, and lastly the room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years when we got there.

This place was a great stay. The hosts and staff were super responsive and thoughtful. I can’t express enough how much their thoughtfulness made our stay better. On top of that the place is well decorated, well cleaned and convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great central location between Boston and Salem. The beds were comfortable and big enough with large bathrooms. We felt the living area was a little small for 4 adults but it was fine for the time we were there. Sarah responded quickly to messages and quickly responded to minor issues.
