This place is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. It is so clean, comfy, close to the Yale Medical School and the amenities are so nice to just hang out and enjoy. Great communication and well worth it! Thank you thank you thank you! Will be staying next time I am back at Yale!

The location is an easy 15 minute walk from the Yale campus, through a very safe area. The apartment was spotless and very spacious, with an open plan design. We catered for ourselves, and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Communication with Hyatus was seamless, and we received a quick response no matter what time we called or messaged. Overall a first class stay.

It’s a great place to stay at. Highly recommend it and will be staying here again in the future. The teams level of detail and communication is great.

Thank you Hyatus the apartment was absolutely beautiful spacious with a view of new haven . We were provided with all essentials needed to prepare a meal , even toothbrushes because we did forever ours . Such a lovely relaxing stay oh btw the rooftop is so incredibly beautiful thank you HYATUS ???

Great place to stay. Very clean and location was convenient. Parking was complimentary and safe neighborhood. Check in and out was easy. Unlike other Air BnBs, host did not make demands with trash, dishes, dirty towels. This was definitely a plus bc it felt like the hotel experience.

The apartment was stunning! The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The standard of care, cleanliness, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Anything you might need as a guest, Hyatus thought of it. There were shower caps, shave kits, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, extra towels, coffee and mineral water available. Also available, a washer & dryer, laundry soap, dish washer, dish soap, dishes, cups, utensils. The games (Jenga and cards) were great for staying in on rainy days. The game room, gym, and rooftop area were also very nice and had low usage during the week. Overall, our visit to Aura was quiet, safe, and very comfortable. Hyatus, thank you for a wonderful stay!

BOOK NOW!!! I could go on and on about how great this AirBnB was, but I have to say Hyatus was the best communication we have EVER had with an AirBnB. Clear directions for check in, loads of local recommendations for food and entertainment, and even helped us through the rare tropical storm Henri. We had a wonderful stay even with the unpredictable weather! Extremely clean, everything completely new, walking distance to Yale and many varieties of places to eat! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!! Well worth it.

2nd stay with Hyatus in New Haven and as the 1st time everything was perfect. The appartment is very nice, well equipped, check in / out cannot be easier. Do not hesitate if you have a trip in New Haven!

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2021 and had a great experience. The apartment is clean, spacious and full of light. The kitchen is very well equipped which makes cooking easy and enjoyable. The designated parking, dishwasher and in-unit laundry make an extended stay pleasant and easy. In addition to the apartment, the building has a beautiful roof terrace and several large meeting rooms that are really precious for socially distanced gatherings during the pandemic. In addition to the amenities the property offers, the management is very responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying at the property, we plan to stay there again when we visit next time.
