It was a great experience, accommodation, and overall stay! My wife and I took a small trip to experience New Haven. The apartment was clean and looked brand new. The amenities were top notch from the gym which we frequented to the game room. Unfortunately the pool was still under renovation. Coffee was provided by the building. Free parking was provided. The communication with the Hyatus team was great. They were very helpful and responded quickly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Location was awesome. We were within 10-15 minutes from most of the good restaurants and bars that we wanted to visit, which was around the Yale University area. The value was amazing compared to the other accommodations in the area, especially considering all the amenities that were included. The only gripe that we had was not at all in Hyatus' control. Since the building is still under construction/renovation, there was a little bit of noise from the work. This won't be an issue once the construction is completed, but worth saying. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Great place to stay. Photos are accurate and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and close to downtown.

Brand new, comfortable, well appointed apartment. The location is in a slightly desolate immediate spot but is very convenient to the hospital and points of interest downtown. Communication was professional, and when there was some construction noise during my relatively extended stay (which was not actually bothersome) I was credited for a night without even asking. Recommended.

Fantastic stay. They think of everything. Close walking distance to many places. Comfortable and clean. Ask for recommendations. Maria is super sweet and very helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Nice place to come to unwind at the end of the day. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. The instructions for a 100% check-in were clear and easy to follow. Michael was a terrific host. Already scheduled to come back in two weeks.

Hyatus in New Haven became my home in CT, and I will always come back!! Beautiful new building and brand new apartment! Everything in the unit is new and the furnishings are exceptional. The building is luxurious and the common areas are beautiful and comfortable with a ton of amenities from lounges, a multi floor gym to private theaters and even a bowling alley! Of course, I also need to mention the 24/7 coffee bar that offers free unlimited fresh ground coffee, lattes or hot chocolate - amazing for late night studying sessions. I loved the environment, so close to downtown and very walkable but also super calm and quiet, excellent for those who work from home and convenient even for those who come by car, especially with the included covered garage parking. I always pay a lot of attention to cleanliness in every place I stay and this place really went above and beyond. They clearly did a full deep clean before I came which really allowed me to feel at home. The bathroom was impeccable, everything very clean, the towels were so comfy and the unit came stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a toothbrush, and moisturizer - which was great because I had forgotten mine! The kitchen is also very well equipped. I didn't miss anything at all, and loved using their blender which I used for my workout smoothie each morning. I was able to cook my meals without any problems! The bed was one of my highlights! I have a lot of problems with mattresses and I often can't sleep on any mattress other than my own. But this bed was extremely comfortable, so I ended up asking Hyatus for the brand because I want to purchase it for myself. The king-size bed was also a awesome surprise and bedding was super comfy. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds :) Their customer service is wonderful and they respond very quickly, I was impressed with how fast they were. I had problems connecting my apps to the tv and in less than 5 minutes they answered my call, they were on the phone with me the whole time, step-by-step directing me how to solve the issue. Very patient and informative. I didn't want to leave but I will definitely be back soon, I felt at home during my stay and now it really will be whenever I'm back in CT.

Really liked my stay here at the hyatus apartment the place is gorgeous and the mattress was super comfortable also enjoyed some of the amenities

Everything was nearly perfect. Hyatus supplied everything we needed for a nice stay, including soap, shampoo, laundry and dishwashing detergent, etc. Great towels, sheets, pillows, wifi, etc. Live TV through Hulu. Also a great building. We had a great stay.
