Great location for a stay in New Haven. Parking spot came in handy as the unit was in walking distance to downtown. Apartment was well-kept and equipped with all the necessities. Hosts checked in periodically and responded to any inquiries very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hyatus team was amazing in their responsiveness, clear communication, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The unit itself was very clean and conveniently located. We had a total of 5 people (including a toddler) and felt that there was plenty of space for all our needs (cooking, taking care of the little one’s bathing / eating needs, sleeping space, etc.). We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend Hyatus Stays to anyone looking for a stay that goes far above and beyond the hotel options in New Haven!

I highly recommend this apartment! It is located south of downtown New Haven, but within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. From the beginning I received an excellent service and attention from the host, the apartment was very clean, with many amenities and quite comfortable for 3 people; moreover, the building offers many amenities to make your stay a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

We booked this apartment for my family to stay in over the graduation weekend. As a result, prices were a bit higher than expected, but the apartment itself was exactly what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and very convenient to campus. It comfortably fit my parents and two siblings. We would recommend this apartment, and would stay here again!

The apartment is lovely and super comfortable. Very clean, and aesthetically pleasing! It was a perfect location in walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Michael is a great host! He is very responsive, always available and at your service to address any issues or answer any questions. He is also very understanding and accommodating. This is a place we would always want to come back to. My family really enjoyed the stay and will definitely return!

Excellent apartment in peaceful residential spot within easy walking distance to Yale New Haven hospital. Seamless checkin, and parking across the road from the apartment, visible from the windows. The apartment was spacious and the large windows let in plenty of sunlight during the day, the blackout curtains amply blocking out light at night. The apartment is mordern and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches from toiletries to coffee pods, the apartment is fully equipped for the needs of any length of stay. The building is one of 3 in a complex that shares amenities including gym, relaxation rooms and game rooms which added nicely to the stay. Hyatus staff were very pleasant , attentive and prompt to meet the needs of the guest. Will be staying again !

Second time staying in a Hyatus property and they never disappoint! Love all the amenities provided in the room. Always clean and nicely decorated! I give them a five star ??.

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

The property was awesome. I was in town with my 2 elderly parents for the police academy graduation class in Waterbury. My trip was ruined by an overtly obnoxious neighbor who complained about nonexistent noise in the afternoon. Needless to say and perhaps fortunate for this neighbor, I was not present when he elected to bang on the door and harass my parents repeatedly. Just an FYI.

Overall a great place to stay. The only issue I faced was that the room was not ready when I checked in, someone was fixing the door. Beyond that the place is good.

I was blown away. I’m from New Haven and did not expect this place to exist. The host was phenomenal at communicating. My pin for the door wasn’t working instead of messaging back he called and fixed the issue immediately. The place it’s self is upgraded and has amazing amenities. The most comfortable stay I’ve ever been in. I will back for sure and recommend anyone staying in New Haven to stay here.
