This was a luxury condo in a seemingly brand new building. It was a short walk from the train station. It had great amenities. Loved the gym and the rooftop. Very quiet and comfy. I would definitely stay here again

This place is a great apartment to stay at there’s so many great restaurants around it within walking distance. There’s also so much to do and so many places to explore the Hyatus team is also great and they reply to any messages or questions you send them around the clock. I definitely would recommend staying here! We plan on coming back that’s how much fun we had. Really easy place to find and it really feels like a home away from home.

This was an AMAZING stay. Space: Super clean. Very inviting. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. No oils or spices, just salt and pepper. There is coffee and tea available. There was a bottle of wine on the table for our welcome which was a very nice touch. Bathroom was very large and clean. Shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Host even provided toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Plenty of towels available to use. Bedroom is large, inviting. Bed was very comfortable. There were a lot of pillows to use. Room was very quiet. Did not hear a lot of street noise. It was nice to have a in unit washer/dryer. Host also provided laundry detergent. Location: Easy to walk to Yale campus and surrounding area, was only a 5-10 minute walk. Used their sister gym which was just across the street. Basic gym equipment: treadmills, free weights, balance balls, and a smith machine. There was a water dispenser available as well if you brought your water bottle. Gym space was very clean. There is a small room attached to the gym for on demand spin class. Host response Host immediately responded to inquiries or questions. There was a minor issue with the AC which was very promptly fixed. Host did a great job with follow up and making sure we were satisfied. We would definitely stay again. What a gem and a great find near Yale campus. Highly recommend.

Summary: I liked: Hyatus is a wonderful luxury and contemporary condo complex in a great location right near Yale University campus. It takes just few minutes to to get to center of Yale campus by foot. It has a rooftop grills and lounges with great contemporary furniture and the whole vibe. It’s a top SoHo new wave place right in the heart of New Haven sprawling Yale campus. I did not like:

The best AirBnb choice in New Haven. So clean , spacious, comfortable! Amazing communication and 24/7 support. One of the best places we have stayed at. Would totally recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay in New Haven !

The pictures are spot on! Our unit was equipped and so clean! We literally had everything we needed to be comfortable. The amenities are amazing too. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and explore. P.S. The Host always responded quickly and ready to help if ever we needed it. I appreciated that :)

Great location in downtown! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. All necessities were provided and even some extras which was a nice surprise! Check in and check out was super easy and convenient! Highly recommend staying at The Asher in Stamford.

We stayed for a month in this Apartment. A comfortable, clean stay from start to finish. The apartment matched the photos perfectly, and check-in was completely seamless. The host was easy to reach when we had a quick question and very helpful . Would gladly stay here again!!

A lot of space in the apartment. Very quick, if not instant, response from the Hyatus management on every question. Our request for repairing a bedroom door that was making a noice was addressed very quickly. Also, we asked for a second key and it was sent to us next day. Only suggestion I would have is to have some drawers to put the some belongings in. Overall - very positive experience.
