Super nice apartment unit

Summary: Vale a pena ficar, mas negocie antes um late check-out, caso precise.

Really clean and close to everything

The space was beautiful-- absolutely like the pics. It was private, quiet and seemed to be in a super safe and secure building. We had teenagers with us who had a lot to do in the building. It was a super convenient location to get into Boston and the surrounding areas. The checkout procedures were also very convenient- just leave the keys and go! No cleaning...which was so awesome. The standout of this stay was the PHENOMENAL responsiveness and kindness of the host. We had some odd things happen during this stay--unrelated to the accomodations....and Sarah never took more than a moment or two to respond, for which I'm so appreciative. This place was a resounding 10 out of 10!!

Summary: Fantastic apartment in a great area. We LOVED IT! I liked: The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The area has fantastic shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again! I did not like:

This is a difficult review to write as I don't want to negatively impact the owners but a few points need to be made. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Stairs had hair and other debris. The place was furnished as stated and kitchen nicely appointed. The neighborhood was unexpectedly "the hood" and though it was quiet and we were never threatened, my wife never felt comfortable leaving open the 15 foot above ground second story windows. The roof deck was easily accessed from neighboring homes with no curtain over the door for privacy or security. Lastly the AC did not work and after realizing this on the 4th night, the management company was NEVER able to get it working, so our remaining 6 nights were spent in sweaty mid-80s discomfort. This would be the main complaint beyond making sure people understand the nature of the block and that families with young kids might find the situation uncomfortable, though I again stress that nothing threatening happened to us

The whole space was clean and nice!

Summary: Perfect location and comfy too!! I liked: Location was great. On site parking was awesome, all locked up undercover. The concierge was awesome. Room facilities and cleanliness were great. I did not like: The dishwasher and laundry pods were supplied which was generous but they were not marked. We’re from Australia so we were not completely sure which was which. Also the creamer packets were not replenished the second day and not enough so we had no milk option for coffee. But the apartment was lovely and clean overall.

Sarah’s place was fabulous and perfect for my stay. She was super helpful and responded quickly to all my inquiries. The place was extremely clean and had all the needed amenities, plus was walking distance to many great restaurants and other local spots. Would definitely stay here again.
