This space exceeded expectations. I wanted something comfortable, fully furnished, with a kitchen, washer and dryer, in a safe area - got all that and more. The apartment matched the photos, and the kitchen had the dishes, cookware, and utensils I needed. The washer and dryer were clean and handled laundry well. The included parking spot was convenient and close to the entrance. The complex offered shared workspaces and community events. The gym had enough equipment for morning workouts. The apartment was quiet with minimal neighbor noise; around 10 pm the building went silent and I slept so well. Comfortable bed, spotless shower with excellent pressure. The area has great spots - recommend Common Ground Coffee for breakfast. Only minor drawback: no dish towel or dish rack - ended up using napkins which they provided. Otherwise, everything I needed to feel at home. I’d recommend this space to anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable stay in a safe location with solid amenities.

This stay is a 10 out of 10. No major complaints. While anything has room for improvement this place was outstanding. Loved everything about it. Very clean. Very organized. Mostly everything you need to start a short or long term stay at a place like this. Everything is as described. Host was very responsive and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this stay. I would come back here anytime we are in New Haven & I would highly recommend others to stay here as well.

The room was clean, the customer support is kind, but this is not a hotel, and it’s not an easy process. You need to fill out additional forms, leave a credit card, and watch a lengthy check in video. When you arrive you have to park away from the entrance, check in, go to your room, get a key, get a parking pass from the room, go back to your car and go to the garage. My assigned spot was taken when I arrived. I was offered another spot that was compact only and I have a pickup truck. After an hour we were able to sort out parking. Again, the room was beautiful, clean, it was great. But the process to park and get into your room was cumbersome. At checkout you need to back to the garage, get your parking pass and rear view mirror hanger, leave it in the room, and then go back to your car and leave. For a very long stay, it might make sense. But for a quick 2 night stint, there’s so many hoops to jump thru.

There were too many problems to solve to make this an enjoyable experience. First the code to get the key didn’t work. Then the fob is not consistent working with the elevator. So check in was a mess. Parking is a whole other disaster. In the description there is a number and floor they tell you to park in. But when we arrive the garage fob doesn’t work so we just have to drive through the exit side to get in. There were no numbers for spaces, so we park the highest floor to make moving suitcases and equipment easier. But then the fun part. The key fob won’t let you reach the floor of the garage. So we had to walk through a door and a half of snow each time. Then, after working overnights I get calls and texts waking me up saying they are going to tow the car. Remember how there were no numbers? Eventually they put up a new number and a different floor than the description and that disaster is solved. The company reps were nice but avoid this headache.

Outside of a few minor things- loved it!
