The apartment was clean, beautiful and had wonderful amenities. The technology to check in, get the apartment number and lock code and opening the key box to get the fob, however, was not great. First their system went down so we were unable to get the apartment number and access codes, and then the lock box did not work. The staff is LOVELY and very communicative and did the best they could, but with over an hour and a half after check in time, to even get us inside, we were frustrated, tired and missed our dinner reservation. They did attempt to make up for it with a Starbucks gift card , which we appreciated. All in all, with a 20 minute walk to Old Town, and a beautiful apartment, it was a fun weekend.

Thank you for a great experience. The apartment is in an excellent location, near restaurants, shopping, parking and entertainment. The building looks new and is clean and orderly. Same with the apartment. Everything was clean, stylish, and in good order. Tatenda was a good communicator and answered questions promptly.

We booked the condo to be close to the hospital. Although it was clean it lacked basic things in the kitchen needed to have meals…not enough silverware, no tongs or steak knives, only 2 wine glasses, no cookie sheet to cook a pizza, and a weird coffee maker. We had to go buy our own. The beds were comfortable but low to the ground with built in end tables that didn’t fit the odd lamps. We made due but some things that make a place comfortable were not there. Disappointing because for a small invest in practical items it could have been more enjoyable.

Summary: Great city trip location to feel like a local I liked: Great customer service; very personal! Apartment was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable I did not like:

This stay was peaceful and the place was very clean. The apartment was in a nice area and the check-in instructions were very detailed. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great apartment. Clean and quiet. There’s free coffee in the lobby, on-site parking, and a washer/dryer inside the apartment. Host was very responsive. The location is great with a lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again the next time in New Haven.
