Summary: Clean but not welcoming I liked: clean spacious condo lots of restaurants right outside and a movie theater I did not like: two front doormen, one was wonderful and nice but he was at the other building. Ours was incredibly rude. I asked a question he walked away and just pointed, didn’t answer with a word. It was a very cold “executive” feeling not a warm, family friendly place The pool was the size of a matchbox, I never would have brought three teenagers if I had known this The pool table in our building had no equipment for it. The company had absolutely no flexibility. we wanted to pay for an extra parking spot and they wouldn’t let us but there were so many open spots, they were not flexible about changing days or canceling at all like most of the properties in Boston. I would not use them again.

They were a great host, and the place was wonderful. Will definitely want to stay there again!

This stay was a great experience. Probably the best communication from a host I’ve seen so far. The area is wonderful to stay in and great for a family.

the room and amenities are well maintained, clean and convenient, the customer service is awesome , answering requests fast and responsive.

Host is really responsive & the apartment is super clean & very comfortable.

The apartment was clean and beautiful, the host was extremely helpful and very polite. I was there for work and my job kept getting extended and the host worked with me to keep extending my stay. I'm definitely recommending this property to anyone going to the New Haven area.

We loved the apartment! We would definitely stay again! Communication is 10/10! Hosts were so understanding and accommodating! It has everything you could need for a long or short stay! Highly recommend!
