Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in a comfortable, well-equipped apartment with great security and a convenient location. I liked: Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the apartment. We particularly appreciated the security at the entrance, and the location was very convenient for us throughout our stay. Having a Trader Joe’s just a short walk away was also a nice bonus, making it easy to pick up a few things whenever we needed. The apartment was well-furnished and had everything we needed for our week-long stay, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay! I did not like: One very small thing I’d mention is that it would have been nice to have a little more toilet paper provided, as two rolls were a bit limited for two people staying for a week. That said, it’s really just a minor detail, and I’m sure more would have been provided if I’d asked. I simply picked some up myself, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there!

Our host was great!

A co-worker and I had a trial out in Boston, so we needed a place to stay with lots of space and accessible parking. This was the perfect place to stay for a work trip. The traffic in the morning and at night was manageable if you're coming in and out of Government Center. There were lots of places around the Airbnb to grab something quick to eat or to sit down for a few minutes. The actual building felt very safe to stay in and everything was clean. The beds were also very comfy, and I loved that this airbnb supplied some toiletries such as makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste (made packing easier)! The only hiccup we had was figuring out the key fobs (likely user error) but honestly, I was happy that it was impossible to get anywhere in the building without one. Overall, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would certainly recommend for a work trip.

The apartment was perfect! Clean, beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything you needed. Downside...had Amazon orders that I thought you would dropped off inside the front door but there is a mail room, you need a key pass to access the room. Found out when I seen the delivery truck pulled up outsisde and was unloading packages in a door next to the front entrance. Uber drivers constantly going to the building down from this unit, which is a different address #....be sure to state that it is the JADE Building. TV remotes need batteries. Small issues, no big deal. Would stay there again, loved the unit!

It was great for a mother of 2 traveling for work and needed a nice respite. It was a bit pricey and while the check in process was described well it was still a bit of a lift. They did have everything needed.
