The place was perfect for our one-week trip with a toddler. It was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed. Free parking was also a big help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Great place to stay, amazing hosts who always responds quick and always helps. Pool and bbq area was great too. I recommend this place

Summary: I like dealing with a real person on site. Not worth the money I liked: It was nice having an apartment. Bed was comfortable I did not like: Check-in was horrendous, took almost 1.5 hours. Never got all the technology to work. When we arrived garage fob didn’t work.

I had a great stay with Hyatus! The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was excellent—about a 10-minute walk to Yale campus. Check-in was smooth and easy, and having secure assigned parking was a huge plus. Communication was excellent, with responses within minutes whenever I had a question. The cable TV was also a nice bonus.

The place was very nice so it’s difficult for me to leave 4 stars. I felt that the host was helpful but a couple of things came up at the beginning of the stay. The code I was given for check in worked to get on the lobby but not to get the key for the apartment. I had to message the host to open it. When looking at places to rent we chose this one because it had a designated parking spot. Once checking in, our parking spot was taped off. I got in touch with the host she was helpful with talking back and forth about the issue but it was a lot of going back and forth. We were told 5 or 6 different spots to park in but all were taped off. After 50 minutes, we were told to park in whatever free spot we saw. That made me uneasy thinking our car would get towed for parking in someone’s spot. I wish I would have known this issue before since having a parking spot was our biggest pro so we paid a good bit more for the rental for the designated parking spot.

Summary: Modern facilities, convenient location with good value! I liked: The apartment is clean and spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to Union Station and downtown. The staff always provide timely support online. I did not like:

We truly enjoyed our stay . The apartment was so cozy and clean. Within walking distance from yale . It was very convenient location. We enjoyed the coffee from the lounge and the bakery across the street. I didn’t get a chance to use the exercise room but it was so nice. The parking was good, we had a free assigned spot, we definitely recommend this beautiful apartment and planning to rebook whenever we come to New Haven.

The apartment was very well appointed, Very clean, and perfectly located in a perfectly located for things we needed to do at Yale-New Haven hospital. check in and check out were very easy, and the level of communication was top notch. We would stay here again anytime!

Excellent

I had an excellent stay at this Hyatus apartment. The unit was modern, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building amenities, especially the gym and lounge, were a great bonus.

Summary: I liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Before arrival, the host sent clear check-in instructions, which made everything easy. Tatenda was warm and very responsive, always quick to help with any questions. We couldn’t find a hair dryer or laundry detergent when we checked in, but they were delivered the same day after we reached out. There is also a nice new park just downstairs, which our kids enjoyed a lot. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I did not like:
