This unit is very nice. Tatenda and everyone at Hyatus is very responsive and helpful. Lots of useful info given for checking in and out. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with our particular unit and were unable to stay there, but wish we could have. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious. Tatenda issued me a refund immediately!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tatenda's place. Our host was super communicative and provided clear and easy instructions for access and support throughout our stay. The apartment was in a great location, very clean, had everything we needed and the private parking was an added bonus. We definitely would stay here again if it's available the next time we visit Philadelphia.

I stayed here for 3 weeks to bridge the gap between apartment leases and it was exactly what I needed. It's a full studio apartment with everything you could need, including garage parking, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher, etc. It's located just north of center city, making bars, restaurants, museums, and other attractions walkable for anyone visiting the city (it's also close to the subway). Communication and ease of checkin and checkout were great. Overall, a great experience.

Loved our time at this house! This house is immaculate and beautifully decorated and great for family get togethers. Large house with a cozy warm feel in a nice neighborhood. Feels like home away from home. Highly recommend!

Tatenda is so attentive and has a really effective great team. I extended once and unfortunately was not fast enough to extend the full month but I am in Philly for some schooling and classes, and it has been a great heads down place to work and study. The coworking lounge is very effective and what really sold me on the place is honestly the staff. They went above and beyond in the building, and the fitness area is really amazing to work out in. I had no issues hitting 5 days of workouts with this situation luckily and they made it very easy to access my packages and any mail I might have needed.

The unit was not available during check-in and we had to find a hotel ourselves last minute. The unit smelled terrible. The entire time renting one of these places directly from the leasing office is $3000 a month. Our price, 12,000?!? WTF! Rip off!

A great option for people who need an affordable place to stay in New Haven.

Everything i expected pool was clean apartment was clean i enjoyed my stay and would deftly come back again

Overall, this was a great day. The building is very nice and quiet. The host is very responsive and easy to work with.
