Our stay in Old City Philly was incredible! The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, so much better than cramming into a hotel. We loved having access to the gym and pool, and the neighborhood was safe, vibrant, and super walkable. It was perfect for everyone to stay together and really enjoy the city.

We absolutely loved our apartment in Philly. We were in town for an extended business stay, and having a fully stocked kitchen made all the difference, it saved us so much money and made everyday life so much easier. The space was comfortable, beautifully designed, and felt like home. On top of that, the monthly rate was a great value, much better than what a nice hotel would have cost, especially for a longer stay. It was the perfect setup for a work trip that didn’t feel like one.

We stayed in Boston while helping a company set up a production, and the apartment was truly a lifesaver. After long days on set, it was such a relief to come back to a calm, beautifully designed space in one of the nicest areas of the city. It struck the perfect balance, just minutes from downtown, yet also easily walkable to Cambridge and right by the theater district. The neighborhood felt safe, charming, and full of character. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more comfortable home base during such a busy time.

We stayed in a stunning studio just steps from campus for our brother’s graduation and some family time at Harvard, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautifully designed, super comfortable, and in the ideal location. It made a special month even more memorable!

This was our second stay with Hyatus in philly, and it was just as perfect as the first. The location in Northern Liberties is unbeatable, an easy walk to Old City and surrounded by great spots. The design and amenities are beautiful, and everything feels thoughtful and high-end. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great stay!

Perfect for what I needed and very comfortable. Easy to find and a plus it has parking! The building was really nice and seemed to be in a safe area.

Perfect stay away from the busy Boston area. Yet close enough for an easy ride into the city. The amenities were great for my kids. It was a great end to a busy day to enjoy a run on the treadmill while watching the kids play outside the window. We had a great time!

The apartment was smaller in the shareable living spaces. The third bedroom was a small study/den without a closet. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was no table large enough to seat us all. The living space is much, much smaller than the "fish-eye" lens photo depicted. The apartment complex has various amenity options to move to IF someone else is not already occupying. The hassle is carting all your "party" foods and "stuff" to that area. Nice apartment for 2 couples and 1 child.

The Callowhill apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Philadelphia. Clean and comfortable, it’s conveniently located a short walk away from Reading Terminal Market and Center City and even close to an excellent cafe and other restaurants. The host, Tatenda, sent clear instructions for check-in and check-out and responded to my messages in a timely manner. To top it all off, this AirBnB includes a reserved parking space inside a garage next to the apartment building, especially welcome in a busy city like Philadelphia. Highly recommended!
