This is a beautiful condo. Everything was clean and new and it was beautifully decorated. Event the pull out bed was comfortable. The location was fine and a short walk to food and site-seeing. Parking was a super bonus - easy to access the garage and many parking spaces open. Also the facility is lovely. There is a large community room with big screen TV, billiard's, and an outdoor patio with comfortable seating, grill, firepit, etc. My only complaints are that we only got one key fob to enter/exit the building for our group, and that the pool was "closed for the season" despite being advertised, i.e. Lux apartment with pool... Overall it was a lovely stay and Tatenda - our host, was great - super helpful and responsive.

Amazing stay!

Great space, enjoyed having the downstairs lobby secure area for packages and deliveries. The common space and apartment were super clean! I stayed with my young kiddos and it felt like a safe area, not walkable, but easy access into Boston, Cambridge via car, perfect for our stay!

Great place! It was perfect for our needs, clean, bright and good location. The host was super responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, straight through till we checked out. The amenities in the building were an added bonus as was the access to additional amenities at the other properties all steps away -rooftop shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, golf simulator, bowling, and more. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay checkin was seamless George, Jessica, and Tatenda were all so kind and just wow for the building amenities!!!!!

Very clean, I loved how it was close to so many different things in Philadelphia. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and it’s super clean. Location is convenient but very close to Yale hospital so it was loud at night.

The apartment was very clean. It was in a great location and the fact that you had private parking was definitely a plus. We will definitely stay again in the future. Tatenda was a super host and very responsive any time we had questions.

Great place with a lot of high quality amenities. The staff are incredibly helpful even in spite of technical issues and elements out of their control. If you’re looking to spend your time doing activities in the city, transit can take a bit and you’re at the whims of the lift bridge into downtown Boston. There’s not much around the buildings either in terms of restaurants, so prepare to rent a car or call taxis/Uber. A good amount of fast food and a grocery store not far away gives you some options, but it’s not exactly an exciting area. I’d recommend the place for sure if someone is planning an extended stay and needs a good amount of space to hang out with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen had very high quality appliances, and the furniture was serviceable. It helps too that the hosts are so attentive and quick to supply the necessary information to have a smooth stay. Great all around!

The place looked exactly as described. Very beautiful and spotless. The communication was clear and responsive. Highly recommend to stay at the Hyatus!
