This was a fabulous space. We had people coming and going for a wedding and the bunk beds with trundles gave us so much flexibility. Walking distance to downtown Lambertville and New Hope was fabulous. We could just park our car and leave it and it was very safe. The game room was so fun. The outside area we enjoyed very much.

家族5人で1週間過ごしましたが、素晴らしいホテルでした。外のプールで泳げなかったのが残念でしたが、また暖かくなったら泊まりたいです。

Perfect gathering spot for our family to share time together while celebrating our daughter’s Yale graduation. The apartment was as nice as the photos. We used the common space inside and the roof deck to play pool and games. Thanks to Tatenda for being a proactive host. We'll be back!

Everything about this place was perfect! Tatenda was very friendly and communicative, and the process of checking in/out was seamless. The apartment was in an amazing location, with everything in walking distance and so many amazing restaurants/activities nearby. We would gladly stay in this location again, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, home away from home in central Philly.

It was such a great place to stay. I do think it’s worth noting that it is near the hospital - which is great but there are sirens a lot of the night. They didn’t bother me but they did bother one woman who was with me.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment! It was a great location and had a coffee shop close by and have a beautiful view. I love the windows all around the master bedroom and the living room and the other bedrooms! Thank you for letting us stay there!

Second stay with Hyatus! The original apartment had a leak, and Hyatus was quick to give us a different apartment. Very responsive host. Beautiful apartment! Convenient to the hospital and downtown

Summary: Excellent I liked: Location and facilities I did not like: Could use a little welcome pack or an option for a welcome pack, 6 water, milk , cereal, bread and make it an optional charge.

We felt very welcome and had a great stay. Easy parking and great overall experience!

My recent stay at the Hyatus apartment in New Haven was truly excellent. The apartment is in a great location and the attached garage made it particularly appealing. The apartment itself is excellently well maintained, roomy, very nicely decorated and extremely well equipped (should you, for example, want to cook meals there rather than eating out). My sister also commented that the next time she needs to replace her clothes washer and dryer, she wants the ones that were in this apartment. The amenities in the building are also certainly a plus. In essence, I would be more than happy to stay in this apartment again the next time I happen to be in New Haven or visiting the surrounding area. This was my first experience with Airbnb so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The host of this property, Hyatus, was absolutely exceptional! They could not have been more helpful or accommodating. When I had questions, they got back to me almost immediately and my questions were always answered
