Summary: I liked: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatus Apartment Hotel in Center City! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in was smooth and easy, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a luxury home than a hotel — with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and even a washer and dryer! I did not like:

We loved our experience in CT! This place was so cozy and perfect for me and my spouse during our stay! So close to everything we had on our list of places to visit. Walkable distance to restaurants and bars. The amenities in the building were amazing! Thank you for allowing us to stay here! We will definitely look to book again with you when we come back to visit CT!!

Very clean, well equipped and beautiful apartment. Everything worked perfectly. The house had also good gym and nice co-working areas, beautiful private garden with barbaque facilities and a pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot in this place and will definately stay again when visiting in Boston area.

Perfect stay in a quiet area

The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.

I have to say our stay was incredible! I booked it for my wife's 30th birthday and it was everything she wanted! We brought our two kids, dogs, and other family members and everyone loved it! Host was super helpful and answered every question I had! The private backyard with the creek behind it was a dream! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay with Hyatus' Stays at this listing. The place was beautiful and quiet. Just a note that if you're staying there off-season the pool might not be open all year round. It's not something I knew to ask about, but it was not open when I stayed and I was looking forward to that amenity, so if that's something that really matters to you - I'd say ask for clarification beforehand. The gym though was great! Also, the host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. I'd definitely stay in this listing again. Happy Bnb-ing!

So nice luxurious and just perfect!

Just wow. Stayed at this gorgeous luxury spot right by City Hall in Philly and honestly—didn’t want to leave. The place was even better than the photos (and the pics were already amazing). Super clean, super modern, and the vibes? Immaculate. I loved how I could walk out and be in the middle of everything—cafes, restaurants, that beautiful fountain at Dilworth Park, all just steps away.

Loved our stay our whole family was meeting in philly and most of us stayed in hotels and I stayed here and they were all jealous lol
