Walking distance to Yale-New Haven Hospital and Children's hospital. My family and I stayed for 5 days, and would absolutely stay again. Damaris was our onsite property manager, and was such a great resource and help for us as we had to extend our stay. Beautifully furnished, fully stocked with appliances. The gym was located in another one of their properties, but was easily walkable. Ten out of ten. Thank you Tatenda & Damaris.

I had a great stay in this apartment for a business event in Center City. It was easily walkable to everywhere I needed to go and the onsite parking saved time and money vs. hotels. The place was spotless and well thought through, making the most of a studio apartment in a building with lots of amenities. Directions for entry & parking were super clear and detailed and Tatenda was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Philly.

The AirBnB listing shows 2 different layouts for the apartments-condos that you can book. I saw the first photo and wrongly assumed that was what I booked. It was slightly bigger with a 4-person table and seating area. The kitchen along a long wall. We ended up with a smaller space. 2-seater table with no extra space. For 3 of us it was tight. We had my daughter over for dinner and couldn’t sit together at the table. It’s my fault, I should have paid better attention and noticed the OTHER living area photo… but I didn’t. Just a little disappointed. The communication was good… place was CERY CLEAN. Needs potholders or oven mitts. We cooked and had to use a bath towel to get things out of the oven. Overall, good price for what we got… just wish we’d have had the other layout. Thanks for the extra towels too!

왜 슈퍼호스트인지 알 수 있을정도로 작은것까지 세심하게 배려한 게 느껴집니다. 공간은 너무 깨끗했고 잘 정리가 되어 있으며 집기류부터 소품같은 사소한 거까지 다 구비 되어있습니다. 그리고 응대가 정말 친절하며 신속합니다.

Perfect stay from start to finish. Beautiful apartment well located for Sommerville, Cambridge, Assembly Row, Boston Harbour and Bunker Hill. Easy access to Downtown Boston, the Insterstate and the local Railway stations. Apartment was well appointed, clean and with great amenities. Our host Tatenda was first class, very communicative, flexible and super helpful. We would highly recommend.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
