Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Great stay, very clean, spacious for an apartment. Amenities were enjoyable to use. Host provided clear and seem-less directions!

Clean room; excellent location; convenient commute/ parking

Home away from home with all the comforts needed.

If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars—not perfect, but with many more positives than negatives. I’ll start with the downsides, it was further from the Yale campus than I realized and we had to cross the freeway to get to the center of town. In general, we found New Haven to be not very pedestrian friendly. There were also a few cleanliness issues in our room (for example, when we moved the coffee maker, it was very dirty underneath) though they could have rushed the cleaning a little bit to generously accommodate our request for an early check in (at no cost). The gym was incredible—I will forever wish for a gym like this one—and we loved the access to the cappuccino machine in the lobby (my kids loved the hot chocolate option). All the staff we interacted with were friendly, the washing machine and dryer were huge and plenty of soap was provided, the interior space of the unit was perfect for our needs as a family of four, and we really enjoyed the community rooms and pool table. Overall, I would recommend the building for anyone visiting the area, especially if you have a car (which we did not).

Easy check in. Amazing set up. Great location. All the essentials, Probably best option in CT for short term stay.

Perfect location, I mean perfect and has everything you need, I made great use of the workout room after my shifts and there were so many easy restaurants to order from and having covered parking was literally chefs kiss! the host is so nice and informative you’re making out great if you book this spot whether it’s for an extended stay like mine or even a weekend getaway. And Bonus Points ?? the Tupperware was so handy thanks ??

Tatenda was very helpful even prior to the stay. The apartment was very clean with an amazing view. I will recommend this listing to anyone coming into Philly looking for a nice place to stay with easy access to Center City.

Summary: Mala calidad - Precio. I liked: Que pudimos Convivir las 3 personas que estábamos de viaje. I did not like: Extremadamente caro para lo que era. Y la alfombra del pasillo exterior tenía un olor muy desagradable. Tienen que hacer algo.

Summary: Loved it - thank you! I liked: Spacious and comfortable apartment with lovely touches such as toiletries and chocolate. Excellent facilities and lovely staff. I did not like:

Apartment was exactly as shown, close to downtown and things to do, and parking was a breeze. We would happily stay here again

Summary: Great apartment, get rid of the air fresheners I liked: The apartment is new and everything is pristine. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and crockery. No iron but I'm sure the very responsive staff would have provided one if requested. Very well located halfway between the excellent Westchester mall and Wholefoods Market and the downtown area where you have Shoprite and Target and other conveniences. I did not like: The minute I walked in, I was bombarded by the smell of the very strong cleaning products and air fresheners used in the apartment. Opening the window helped a little but the smell remained really strong throughout my stay because of the air fresheners inside. There is a large pot pourri plant in the bathroom and there is some kind of air freshening product used under the sink and in the living room. This was a huge stressor for me and I could feel that I was not sleeping properly and felt quite agitated throughout my stay. I'm surprised that these products are still being used in apartments considering all the information we now have about how bad the chemicals they emit are for our health. My health and state of mind/sleep improved markedly after I checked into another hotel without this problem so I was not imagining things. Would suggest future guests request that all these scented products be removed from the apartment and that the management allow extra time to air out the apartment thoroughly after cleaning (or use less toxic products) if this is a concern. Otherwise, I would have given this property a 10.
