Overview of our stay

Overall, the unit was spotless and the building itself is very well kept. That being said, we do have some constructive feedback we would like to share. 1) The garage was very convenient to the unit; however, the parking spots were entirely too small for an SUV and seemed as though they were constructed only for compact cars. 2) in the common area the small of marijuana was so overwhelming it was impossible to use that space. The building manager needs to address that issue as it is not everyone’s cup of tea.

This was my second stay and the location was extremely convenient(near highways & the train station). The host is very helpful and responsive. The check in instructions were clear and hassle free. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great stay we rented 2 units. We were in town for a funeral and it was a perfect convenience for everyone. The spaces were beautiful and clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again in the future!

Great amenities in apartment and building and 20 minute walk to the heart of New Haven. Secure parking a plus. Would stay again. Bakery 5 minutes away has best hard rolls in Connecticut.

Our stay with Hyatus had a few road bumps however they were responsive and very polite. AWESOME customer service!

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit is very clean and smelled amazing. It was also in a very convenient location that was close to all restaurants, bars, Yale hospital as well as Yale University. I will be looking forward to my next stay with them!

The place was clean, had all the amenities, and was a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very small, not very well kept. The floor was not mopped, the kitchen sink had food stuck to the sides. The carpet in the living room was so dirty, dingy and stinks. The carpet in the bedroom has never been cleaned. The bathroom had hair in it. The bathtub would not drain. They also do not do early check in and they said it was because they had to throughly clean but that place was barely touched. It is in a good location though and you have free parking which is really the only plus.
