My kids loved the access to the game room and everything was very clean! I was a little anxious about all the instructions for entry, but the details were helpful and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Great place, building and location! The Asher is a good alternative to local hotels and the building offers many quality amenities. We would stay here again.

Tatenda from Hyatus was wonderful to work with and we would gladly rent from Hyatus again. The apartment was spotless, well equipped with fine linens and top notch cookware. Furniture was comfortable. Tatenda was very responsive to all questions. The apartment was nice size. There is some noise as you are in an apartment building but that is to be expected. Rich amenities include a pool, courtyard, work space, fitness center and golf simulator. Location is walkable to numerous excellent restaurants such as Za Za, Tutti Pazzi, Fish and Remo's. Also movie theaters, coffee shops, bars and steps away. Indoor garage parking is another plus though sensor to enter garage is flaky.

Great place for a great get-away. Tatenda is very responsive and always there to help and very kind. Place is very comfortable and clean. My only odd which is not bad but complain I had was the neighbor upstairs kept stomping hard and you felt it like twice out of the days I stood and also the throw on blankets could of been of been smelling alittle bit more better like a washed smell. Other then that I definitely recommend anyone to stay there, you won't regret it.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay! I think the only issues we had is that a bath mat should be added when getting out of the shower, floor is slick, might also add a role of paper towels to the unit.

This place was incredible! It housed 12 girls for a long weekend and it was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. It’s in the best location you could get, very walkable and beautiful. I would book again!

Summary: I liked: Location I did not like: Seats and couch were very uncomfortable. The pill out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The sheet on the sofa bed had blood on it!!

From start to finish, this is what hosting is supposed to feel like!! Easy to understand instructions, responsive host, and white glove treatment. I felt at home, safe, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful unit with everything you need. Close to the city so you get to enjoy the best of both worlds!!

The location itself was nice and as pictured. There were 2 issues that affected our trip and although a prompt attempt was made to remedy it there still was a bit of a damper put on my mother’s 70th birthday celebration. Host was polite and apologetic. Doesn’t really change the fact that it had a negative effect on the stay.
