Cannot praise this place enough. Stunning location. Spotless building throughout. Top class facilities and apartment was very well appointed and furnished. Would highly recommend this place for a visit to Boston. Easy access via Ubers or train to Boston. Or to Boston airport. Plenty restaurants and cafes nearby A 7 eleven about 5 mins walk. Parkway bar is five mins walk and a great bunch for a drink and laugh. Warmly recommend. Would def book again if we come back.

We had a wonderful stay with Hyatus, and Tatenda was an exceptional host. From before check-in through our entire stay, she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. She promptly answered all of our questions, assisted with everything from EV charging and apartment access to household supplies and maintenance requests, and always followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. What stood out most was her professionalism and genuine commitment to making our stay comfortable. Every interaction was warm, courteous, and efficient. Tatenda made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. I would highly recommend staying with Hyatus.

Summary: Nice apartment in a good location, but noisy at night. I liked: Newly constructed/renovated/appointed; good location; plenty of Starbucks Nespresso pods. I did not like: Consider adding white noise/sound machines in master bedroom and living room, as windows provide little sound insulation and Spring Garden Street and nearby I-95 are both very noisy at night. My boys and I slept very little during our stay, and I wore foam ear plugs. Apartment is nicely appointed, but beds aren't particularly comfortable; consider adding toppers. Bathroom doesn't have a fan, which may explain why the shower curtain has mold on it, and the body wash dispenser doesn't work. Also, bath towels smelled unclean--as if they hadn't been washed and only been thrown in the dryer after previous use.

The place was spacious and well located. The place needed attention to cleanliness. We brought our concerns forward and the property manager addressed them right away which we appreciated.

Really great place to stay while visiting Philly. A quick walk away from most tourist attractions - 10 mins walk to Reading Terminal market. 12 min walk to Rocky steps. Walkable to Independence Hall. The parking garage is a boon to have especially given high prices for parking even in public parking spots. The house is very clean, blackout curtains were a nice touch in case you want to stay in bed longer. Communication was great. Would stay again.

The host was responsive, welcoming, and provided clear instructions that made our arrival and stay seamless. The location was convenient, quiet, and perfect for our needs. Very convenient location for work visit to Yale Medical School. Only a little longer walk to lots of restaurants. Nice amenities available in the building, convenient garage parking, elevator with luggage cart was handy. Apartment was compact but well laid-out and tastefully decorated. Great water pressure in the large shower! No closet in the second bedroom but there was a clothing rack that served the purpose.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent and very convenient for everything we needed. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was outstanding—always responsive, helpful, and easy to reach. Everything matched the description perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was my third stay at 51 South Broadway with Hyatus. As always, Hyatus was proactive and communicative throughout the stay. The unit is exactly as described in the pictures. The building's amenities are first class.
