Awesome place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom shower has awesome water pressure. Getting in and out of the building was a breeze after figuring out how everything operated. Very secure location. Did not get to check out the amenities so I can’t comment on that.

This was a peaceful and easy stay in a new apartment. I had a great visit and appreciated the thoughtfulness and quick communications from Jessica at Hyatus. It’s convenient to many parts of New Haven and everything was very smooth, from check in to check out. Thanks!

It was easy to gain access to the property. There was a issue with the garage pass but they fixed it immediately. The host always responded quickly. The building felt really safe. Will book again

I recently stayed at Hyatus and had an exceptional experience. The level of cleanliness and comfort met all of my expectations. A special shout out to Jessica for her outstanding service and seamless communication throughout my stay. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Had a few hours in this cute town, and this house was perfect for me and three teenagers. We also enjoyed the hash house for breakfast and Tavola Rustica for dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Great option when visiting New Haven, will certainly consider this option again. I liked: New building with excellent facilities such as gym, games and indoor parking. Great location. I did not like: Nothing to mention here

Very responsive, location is excellent, and close to the center. Also very nice to have a free fitness centre in the building.

Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops, and the amenities were nice with having a full kitchen, and multiple smart tv’s. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were nice to have.
