Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Summary: I liked: Muy cómoda, bien puesta, bien ubicada. Tenía la arepa y se arropa. I did not like: Muy poco personal en el complejo, para ayudar frente a algún tema, todo a través del portal, incluso el check in, check out. Hubiera sido bueno saber esto de ante mano, porque tampoco fue una estadía económica pero en general estuvo muy bien.

Excellent host and apartment. Would recommend

We were a family of 5 visiting Boston for a few days on a 2 week tour. This place was ideal for us - very clean, seemed really new in fact. Loads of space, 3 TVs, everything you need in the kitchen and a bonus of 2 bathrooms. It's quite close to to downtown boston, we drove and used the T which you can get from Sullivan Square. The T is much quicker and cheaper, parking is extortionate in the centre. It's also really close to Assemby Row which has loads of restauarants and shopping.

Family time

We were in town for a wedding and this home comfortably accommodated 6 children and 6 adults! Wonderful memories!

A full amenity condo. It had everything that I could possibly need. The place was so comfortable that I was tempted to stay inside instead of visiting the city. The hostess is VERY responsive, almost always responding within a couple minutes. There is a Blue Bike city bike rental location nearby. Loved the place. Thank you!

It’s spacious and clean. The check-in instructions are clear. Would recommend this place.

Absolutely loved our stay at this center city studio! Tatenda was a fantastic host. The apartment was stylish, spotless, and in a luxury building right in the heart of everything with cafes, restaurants, and nightlife all just right there. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our stay at this airbnb was nothing short of amazing!!! The space was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located. We couldn’t have asked for a better host they were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston!

One of the best things about this place is the excellent amenities and smooth communication with the host. From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtfully prepared—from the detailed guidebook to the spotless, well-kept environment. It really showed care and consideration. The only potential downside is that the location is a bit away from the city center, so having a car is necessary. That might not be a real disadvantage, especially if you're looking to explore, but you will need to plan for transportation. I stayed here with my family of four, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time. The place was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Tatenda was very responsive and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). If you're looking for a calm, elegant spot in the heart of the city, this is it
