We had a great time. It felt like our own apartment by the end and we didn’t want to leave!

Great apartment in downtown New Haven! Loved how close the building was to Yale New Haven Hospital…just a few blocks away and to get on the highway. A short drive to Yale University, great restaurants and coffee shops! Hyatus staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay! Will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was very clean, well stocked, with a great location and a wonderful host! It is totally worth the money, out stay here was the best we have ever had in New Haven!

Summary: Our stay was awesome. We loved everyday that we were here. The building staff were helpful and the place is clean. Taten I liked: The property was amazing- it lived up to our expectations and the photos were the same in real life. The amenities were good and the customer service was superb! They were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I did not like: Nothing. Everything was very good.

Summary: Excellent design, instant home, great value I liked: Everything about the apartment is clean, modern, with considered elegance and good taste. The apartment feels like instant home, and is furnished with great amenities. Every need is thought of and the self directed checkin and checkout with ever responsive staff for all queries, makes it easy and smooth. I did not like: The only thing that works slightly against the apartment is that it is located in a slightly industrial looking neighbourhood with construction and roads around it. But that doesn't affect the interiors. If you don't like walking, it is a bit of a walk from new haven downtown, but getting taxis was easy. The apartment looks over a parking lot, but it means that it was quiet.

Very walkable location. It was a smooth check in and check out, clean, safe and comfy.

We were visiting family that lives at The Maddox. The only thing that could have made this better was if we had been in that building. The apartment was great. Fully stocked kitchen, blankets, super nice coffee bar in the lobby. The mattress was amazing! Jhanice was a delight to deal with and made the process so easy. We will definitely be back!

The entire stay was lovely. The home was super clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable and felt safe. I appreciated that the host was so prompt in responding to all of my messages. I absolutely recommend this home and this host.
