Fantastic apartment in a building with incredible amenities

This place is beautiful and exactly as pictured! It had all the great amenities of home. Building was very quiet and convenient to the center of downtown New Haven. Just blocks away from Yale and all the restaurants, shops, etc. near the college. Our contact (Jhanice) was great and extremely responsive when we had questions or were looking for recommendations in the area. Definitely recommend and will stay with Hyatus again!

This was our 2nd stay, last year we were in a different apartment of the 3 buildings. We stayed 11 nights this time. It is so nice having a separate bedroom space for those of us who like to sleep more than the others! The apartment was well appointed with ultra luxury towels and robes! Location perfect. Building amenities over the top, especially the lobby coffee machine. We only had one minor concern which was addressed within one hour of sending the email! Definitely recommend these apartments for home away from home.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We made great use of the amenities including a clean, state-of-the-art gym, beautiful rooftop for relaxation and conversation and free fresh-brewed coffee every morning. Communication was consistent and timely. (Big thank you to Jhanice.) Easy self-check in and check out. Highly recommend if visiting the city.

Our family of 3 stayed in this place for 10 days and had wonderful experience. The apartment is exactly as photos shown and the host is extremely responsive for our need even in late evening hour. The apartment is professionally clean and the location is in walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Hyatus property. The apartment has anything you could imagine. We were in New Haven with our son for Yale move in day and our son specifically commented how he enjoyed all amenities, including gym and the hot chocolate from the fancy coffee machine in the lobby. The apparent is in a luxury building complex and is a walking distance to shops, dining places and Yale campus. It will be our to go place for future visits. Thank you, Hyatus!

All was perfect! The communication from the start of booking all the way up to check out was super helpful. Easy check-in, the unit was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities. We loved that a parking space was included with the unit. We especially appreciated that they were able to accommodate an extra parking space for us (free of charge!) since we had two cars. Convenient location and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved this place! Everything inside was spotless. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. It is a perfect walking distance to the amazing bars and restaurants downtown. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This place is excellent!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatus! This is one of the few places that included your own parking space. This was crucial for us! The location is excellent - close to the med school and walkable distance to the restaurants. The apt itself was very clean and well decorated. It was quiet so you couldn’t hear your neighbors. Be sure to check our the amenities while you are here. We loved it all!

This was a great, spacious one bedroom unit with many amenities - pool, game room, meditation/salt room, gym, etc. Jhanice, staff that managed the unit, was very prompt and helpful with any questions. Will definitely stay at a Hyatus unit again.
