Great house, awful management.

First I'll start with the actual property. It was lovely. We were a party of eight and everyone was delighted with the accommodations. The property was well maintained, comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. There was plenty of seating wherever we went in the house and we never felt crowded. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. My rating for the house would be 4 1/2 stars. My only complaint for the house was the kitchen. It lacked even the basic necessities. There wasn't a toaster, blender, hand mixer, strainer, measuring cups or spoons, mixing bowls, baking dishes, baking pans, dish towels or cloths, oven pot holders, only one small cutting board, and a few wooden cooking utensils. I was surprised there wasn't even any salt and pepper or dish soap. As a guest who might want to cook a meal or two be prepared and buy everything you need at the grocery store. Including a big bag of ice. There is a ice maker but it can't keep up with a large group of people. This, of coarse, is understandable. The management company check-in policy was unacceptable. They would not send me the check-in information until the house was ready at four o'clock. Very stressful, being on a plane, not knowing how to get in until I arrived late that evening. After several links that would not work I was able to get the information I needed. I could write more about the management company but out of character space.

Beautiful location and property. Host was very responsive. Great stay!

Lovely home for a relaxed weekend!

We went with family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. It's a beautiful home, was very spacious for the 14 of us, lots of places to sit together and relax. We didn't use the hot tub, was a bit iffy, but loved the privacy of the backyard and convenient fire pit. The house was very nicely done, and the cleaning crew was fantastic. Overall a great experience and we will visit again!

The place is very nice and comfortable. We loved it.

Beautiful home with great amenities and spacious property. The host was excellent with responsiveness to any questions or concerns that were brought to them!

Summary: I liked: I did not like:

New Haven stay

Loved the apartment, it was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Was disappointed in how the kitchen was stocked. There were plenty of glasses and plates, but not great if you actually want to cook. Seems some of their apartments are better stocked than others

The location is tucked away on a quiet side street yet with amazing restaurants and a market around the corner. Because the bedrooms are spread over three stories it doesn't feel crowded. The house is new and immaculately clean. The connected living/dining space allowed our two families to hang out together which was nice. The hot tub was also fun. We would definitely return to this place. Communication was speedy and pleasant as well. They took care of all of our needs.

Summary: It was very nice! I liked: I was pleasantly surprised. As an interior designer I appreciated the aesthetics of the apartment, simple and clean. The location was close to everything I needed. I did not like: Although it's a bonus to have off street parking, the isolation of the garage was creepy. I opted to park on the street.
