This AirBnB and building (The Asher) are top notch in the area for location, quality, amenities and just a modern comfy stay. Checking in was easy, parking is straight forward and the unit was great. The unit is very well decorated with modern luxury furnishings and the bed is very comfortable. The various areas in the building from the gym to the courtyard to the co-working space and enormous lounge and game room is such a treat when needing a change of scenery. Also, this is the place to be in Stamford, just two blocks from the main strip of restaurants, bars, entertainment and stores. Sadly we had to check-out early for an emergency, but we'd come back here in a heartbeat.

10/10 would recommend this home to any large group! Theres more than enough rooms to sleep in + extra twin mattresses & an air mattress if needed. They’re not cheap with supplies. We had a box of garbage bags, full sized dish soap, body soap , shampoo conditioner, firewood, toothbrushes/mini toothpaste, makeup remover, 100+ dish ware, and even coffee beans (must bring sugar, salt, pepper etc). The home is exactly as pictured & whenever I had a question, Tatenda was quick with the responses! As someone that struggles with asthma & allergies , I was concerned that the pet friendly policy may result in me having difficulty breathing.. I was surprised that this home DID NOT smell a bit like dog. I saw no pet hair anywhere and I had a lovely stay - so much so that I tried booking it again in the upcoming weeks but there is no availability. Theres many more good things to say but not enough characters left. This house is truly a rare find and if you have the opportunity to book please do!

We stayed at this beautiful Farmhouse with a large group of 13 at the end of September, and it was perfect! The house is spacious with plenty of beds and bedrooms, which we loved. The firepit area was a fantastic spot for us to gather. Although there was supposed to be firewood and charcoal available for the fire pit, we couldn’t find any and ended up buying some, but that was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was flawless. The bathrooms were spotless, and the place was ideal for a big group like ours. The host was also incredibly responsive and answered all of our check-in questions with great patience. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
