The apt was perfect with parking and great amenities. Everything was easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. They even provided umbrellas upon request when it started pouring unexpectedly during our trip. We would absolutely stay with them again.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in New Haven. The apartment was very clean, and check on was easy.

This new apartment is a nice getaway with above-average amenities, an easy to walk to the downtown and has a close-by coffee shop. That said, it falls a little short of its "luxury" aspiration, especially given its price (we paid over $1200 for 3 nights). The bedroom is more than large enough for a king bed but only has a queen. The lighting lacks dimmers and needs softer bulbs in the lamps. The shower is narrow and the head is short for people over 5'10". If it were better designed, or had a lower rate, it would be a good value.

This was a luxury condo in a seemingly brand new building. It was a short walk from the train station. It had great amenities. Loved the gym and the rooftop. Very quiet and comfy. I would definitely stay here again

Great place in the middle of New Haven. The amenities were top notch, and the apartment was modern and clean.

This place is a great apartment to stay at there’s so many great restaurants around it within walking distance. There’s also so much to do and so many places to explore the Hyatus team is also great and they reply to any messages or questions you send them around the clock. I definitely would recommend staying here! We plan on coming back that’s how much fun we had. Really easy place to find and it really feels like a home away from home.

This was an AMAZING stay. Space: Super clean. Very inviting. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. No oils or spices, just salt and pepper. There is coffee and tea available. There was a bottle of wine on the table for our welcome which was a very nice touch. Bathroom was very large and clean. Shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Host even provided toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Plenty of towels available to use. Bedroom is large, inviting. Bed was very comfortable. There were a lot of pillows to use. Room was very quiet. Did not hear a lot of street noise. It was nice to have a in unit washer/dryer. Host also provided laundry detergent. Location: Easy to walk to Yale campus and surrounding area, was only a 5-10 minute walk. Used their sister gym which was just across the street. Basic gym equipment: treadmills, free weights, balance balls, and a smith machine. There was a water dispenser available as well if you brought your water bottle. Gym space was very clean. There is a small room attached to the gym for on demand spin class. Host response Host immediately responded to inquiries or questions. There was a minor issue with the AC which was very promptly fixed. Host did a great job with follow up and making sure we were satisfied. We would definitely stay again. What a gem and a great find near Yale campus. Highly recommend.

Great stay, highly recommend!

Summary: I liked: Hyatus is a wonderful luxury and contemporary condo complex in a great location right near Yale University campus. It takes just few minutes to to get to center of Yale campus by foot. It has a rooftop grills and lounges with great contemporary furniture and the whole vibe. It’s a top SoHo new wave place right in the heart of New Haven sprawling Yale campus. I did not like:
