Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

We had a pleasant stay at Mike and Tatenda’s place. The layout was great and the location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for the Philadelphia Eagles home opener, and we had a straight trip to the stadium from the home. It was plenty of space for our group of six. For the questions and issues that we did have, they were very responsive and helpful. We would stay with them again.

This place is great! It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were perfect, clean and more than we expected. We felt safe and the amenities were great. On our next trip to Boston we will definitely stay here again.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was concerned about cleanliness, but in reality, Mike & Tatenda’s place was spotless. There were some markings on the entryway wall, likely from guest luggage or furniture, but we didn’t really notice it during our stay. The entryway is long and out of sight really, so not a big deal. The furniture is stylish and the kitchen is well equipped, with nice appliances, pots and pans for cooking, and full sets of dinner and silverware, as well as some spices. The bedding was comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. We also really appreciated the low lighting options and not having to deal with overhead lighting only. It is clear that there was care in the selection of decor and other details in the apartment. The only feedback I have is that the common area halfway has a distinct smell and the carpet should probably be replaced soon, but nothing to do with the apartment itself. I would stay here again!

Our stay here was great! The place is beautiful and Sarah was very attentive and communicates very well. Will definitely come back here!

it was a great stay and i would stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. The entire building felt brand new. All instructions were easy to follow and the check in and out process was very easy. There was so much space for my daughter and I. The kitchen also had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive communication and god host.

We did not have access to buildings amenities as no key fob was left in the apartment. Also the filter was overdue, meaning very slow production of ice. The sheets for the sleep couch were not very clean. The apartment is exactly how the pictures are. Coffee pods were a plus but no sugar or sweeteners in the kitchen.

Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The unit is in a good location (walkable into the city/train station and easy access to I 95). Travelled for work and would definitely stay again!
