We stayed at the apt for 3 nights during graduation and it was great! Clean and exactly what we needed. Would stay there again!

The place is located in pristine neighborhood and all of the shops are walkable distances. I highky recommend this place since it has all amenities and the place is very clean. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Summary: One of the best apartments we have stayed in—comfortable, spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I liked: We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The living room was spacious and included a sofa bed that comfortably accommodated two people, while the bedroom featured a very comfortable and clean bed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washer, which made our stay even more convenient. The view was beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the property. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would happily choose this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. I did not like: Nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Summary: I had a wonderful time will come back if I am around the area I liked: I did not like: I had issues with access codes, picking of packages, but i must confess that the hosts really went out of their way to ensure i got my packages, even though i had to keeping on reaching out to have someone open the package room. Would have loved it if the rooms were ensuite.

Summary: Nice place overall and would stay again as it’s convenient, quiet and safe I liked: Super convenient location near transit; great parking; very clean and new apartment. Quiet street generally so good sleeping most of the time. Super nice concierges, especially London. I did not like: Had a plumbing issue over the holiday and there wasn’t anything Hyatus could do about it. Eventually it resolved itself fortunately, but a suggestion for Hyatus is perhaps a maintenance person on call if the apartment building itself cannot assist. Coffee maker was a nespresso—good coffee but more laborious than I like. If you want a regular basket coffee maker, bring your own

Summary: Great choice for staying in Philadelphia. I liked: The location was in an area with great public transport to downtown Philadelphia, the airport and the large museums. In close neighborhood were convenience stores a pub and multiple locations for great breakfast and dinner as well as historic Philadelphia sights. We mainly went by foot, even to downtown, as there is so much to discover in all the little streets on the way. The location staff was friendly and helpful as well as the great support by the Hyatus team. The flat was perfect for us (4 persons) even if we did no cooking or lenghty TV evenings, as Philadelphia simply has too much to offer. I did not like: Spring Street is a busy street, also during the late evening and night so you better leave the windows closed and use the cooler. It would help a lot, if one could leave the luggage on the last day after check-out at the location to pick it up later the day.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The team was very responsive, check in was very easy, parking is extremely nice and safe, and the front desk workers are super welcoming. Location is great. Place was cleaned well.

Summary: A good place to stay in nice apartments with many amenities and a comfortable bed. I liked: Clean, big windows, very comfortable beds, spacious, free large gym at associated building near by, free covered parking, washer dryer in the apartment, promptness of staff response. Quiet. I did not like: Some basic kitchen supplies not provided: mixing bowls, wine glasses, steel wool pads for pot & grill cleaning, more trash bags. No lotion in bathroom.

Lux condo well appointed, awesome building and amenities. Ace support team, always crisp and complete.
