Hyatus Direct
Extremely responsive host. Check in / getting inside of the unit / parking was a bit confusing but again, the host was very accessible and helpful through the whole process. Unit was very clean which I appreciated very much! Relatively close to downtown Salem, only about a 10 minute drive to the main attractions of the town but not quite walkable. We were fine with being just outside of the crowdedness of the main area of Salem so overall, great stay!

Hyatus Direct
It is a beautiful place to stay, very secure. We had a small issue getting our log in information and Sarah was on it! Had it resolved in about 2 minutes! When we had any questions or just wanted to let her know anything she was very responsive! The court yard is beautiful, and just a short walk to coffee, grocery store and the train!

I had a great stay at Sarah’s place! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also excellent, especially being right next to the train station, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
