Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Apartamento muito novo, limpo e organizado. Sentimos falta apenas de poucos utensílios da cozinha, mas no geral excelente localização, silencioso, limpo, organizado e aconchegante.

We had a great one week stay in this beautiful and clean 2BD apartment in the heart of Assembly Row. You can walk to everything and you can also use the Resident’s parking. Sarah is very responsive and professional. We highly recommend it.

Lovely accommodations. Very comfortable beds. Exceptional communication. Check-in procedure was odd but easy to navigate using provided video in "guest portal". Swimmers note that pool is only four feet deep (at both ends).

It was a beautiful stay in a great area. Plenty to do. Unit was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything you need.

This was a great stay. Very clean, very peaceful and close to the center of the city. Lots of great onsite amenities. I used the fitness rooms and the terrace was nice.

Ideal location to visit Boston on regular basis, parking spot included, restaurants, grocery shops near by, very well located and convenient. Nice apartment!

Firstly, Sarah was a gem of a human to work with. She was responsive, kind, and helpful. Nothing negative in this review is regarding Sarah. We felt the space was extremely overpriced for what it was worth, especially after finding out how much tenants pay per month. The microwave did not work properly from the beginning, there was a sewage smell coming from most of the water faucets (which they tried to “fix” by putting a diffuser next to it, and toward the end of the stay, the internet (especially with the tvs) was almost unusable. Lastly, there was a family staying above us that clomped around, waking us up almost every morning. I think given the issues with the building, we would have been much happier had the price of the Airbnb stay been in alignment with what we actually paid for. Lastly, the nespresso machine is on the fritz. Go ahead and give it a try. Again, none of this is Sarah’s fault. She tried her best to fix everything, but the issues with the building aren’t her fault
