My family had a wonderful time staying here. Great and responsive hosts!

Very responsive host. This place was perfect for my family to stay while my mother was a patient at MGH. There were a few glitches which they helped to solve. We only had one Fob initially, which then became two after a few days. The parking card consistently didn’t work, although through the security help feature we could get inside. We loved the location, the gym, the meeting spaces and the building. It suited our needs during a very difficult time. Everything was clean and the WiFi was good. We extended our stay there, which speaks for itself.

Stayed for 5 weeks during extended business trip. Super communication from Tatenda/Hyatuss. The department was suitable for a stay where my wife also joined. As a golfer, it was excellent with they golf simulator to spend evening time outside of work.

The host was very helpful and very responsive throughout the entire stay. I would stay there again.

Great location. VERY clean. Comfortable beds. Great host. Just not typical Airbnb checkin and building access due to privacy of residents I assume. Not a huge issue. Pros far outweighed that issue.

Summary: Excellent rapport qualité / prix I liked: Confortable, bien décoré, très propre. Pas trop loin du vieux Philadelphie. Belle vue du 10 ieme étage. I did not like: Pas de poêle à frire, 4 chaises pour 5 personnes, 4 serviettes pour 5 personnes.

Love love love this place. It’s everything you expect an Airbnb to be and so much more. The Tran is so nice and responsive. I will definitely be back many more times.

Summary: Great value, super comfortable and close enough to the convention center, if you're in town for work I liked: Actual apartment was fantastically clean and well decorated. Hosts even left a Godiva chocolate bar as a welcome gift. Truly appreciated! The apartment is in a building with security and doormen who are awesome and super helpful to help you get around! I did not like: The window view of the apartment I stayed in is facing a data center/industrial facility that 1) is not awesome to look at and 2) seems to be loud during the night. It works as white noise during the night and is not by all means an hinderance, but if you need complete silence to have a good night sleep...just know that this is there.

Summary: Lovely hotel in a great location. I liked: Property location was great. Brand new building. Staff were helpful and very responsive. Property had everything we needed for our stay. I did not like: We had someone sleeping on the sofa bed for the duration of the stay (8 days) and the mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable they couldn’t sleep on it. A mattress topper was provided after two days, which made it better.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and the location was great. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unit was absolutely amazing. Location is near to latest outlet shops area which is known as Assembly Row. Many indoor amenities are available to use. Safe parking inside the garage. Apartment is spacious and very well maintained. All routine require utensils are available. The host is Super responsive and very cooperative. Overall our stay was very comfortable and felt like our home.
